The hotel's location is beautiful, with a lovely walk down to the river creating a picturesque setting. The rooms, while comfortable, are somewhat dated and not luxurious. The dining experience offers plenty of choices but could be improved in terms of temperature and overall quality. The service was attentive, with staff showing genuine interest in guest feedback.

I was quite shocked by the poor condition of the rooms despite the spacious twin room I was given on the ground floor with a view of the Thames. The cleanliness was lacking, the shower room was in bad shape with rust and mold, definitely not what I expected from a 4-star hotel. On the bright side, the location is really well situated and driving to the nearby park and ride was convenient.
